Embassy Limousine has
been operating a private chauffeured service in the Chicagoland area
under the same ownership continuously since 1997. Embassy Limousine
was founded on the standard of providing the highest quality
limousine service available. This is accomplished through the
attitude of our highly trained employees as well as the diversity
and quality of our current fleet. All our employees undergo
in-depth background investigations and are thoroughly screened and
trained in both driving and the expectations of a chauffeur. All of
our chauffeurs strive towards being experts in their profession.
They know how to put their clients first, and you can rely on their
integrity. Our off duty Chicago's finest are always available-upon
request. The fleet includes Mercedes-Benz S Class sedans, Lincoln
Town Car sedans, extended Lincoln Limousines, and Passenger Vans.

be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service

Your reservation request
will be reviewed then confirmed. Depending upon how you have set up
your user preferences (Online reservation or Quick
Reservation) you will receive the confirmation notice and
number via email, phone, or fax.

on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Upon arrival,
proceed to the baggage claim area. Please call (773) 719-2087
or (866) 719-2087 for pick up after retrieving luggage with
your name or confirmation number. The operator then will tell you,
your vehicle's description, license plate and which door
to exit from. Please proceed to the center
lane.

Will you meet passengers in the

YES. Passengers are met
in their assigned baggage claim by their chauffeur. Passengers
arriving on International Flights are met outside of CUSTOMS (near
by Information Desk).
Will your chauffeur help me with my

YES. Always. Our
chauffeurs will assist you with loading and unloading your
luggage.
What happens if my flight is
delayed? (back to top)
We monitor all flights
arriving at O’Hare and Midway airports. As the estimated arrival
time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates
your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need
to call us if your flight is delayed.
Important! You do
need to call us 773-719-2087 if your
flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different
flight or you miss your flight). We will wait for
you.
What is your cancellation policy?

We have
a 6 hours cancellation policy. You can cancel a
reservation 6 hours before the reservation takes place
with NO penalty. You must contact us by phone! A
cancellation Fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged for
any cancellation that is made less than 6 hours before the
scheduled pick up.
What is waiting time/extra
stop/early-late hours policy? (back to

If the driver is required to wait more
than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time - or scheduled stops
- you will be charged $15 per 15-minute interval up to one
hour. For each extra stop enroute or extra drop-off along way a
fee of $15 will apply. If pick up time is before 6:00 am or after
10:00 pm an extra $15 will apply.

The full
fare plus gratuity will also be charged if the passenger fails to be
at the designated pickup location! We do not guarantee vehicle avalability
or pricing for any reservation changes. To avoid being billed as a no-show,

NO. You do
not need an account to make a reservation. Please use Quick
Reservation to
make your reservation without User ID or Password. A valid credit card is suffiecient to guarantee your
trip.
Do you provide child safety seats for
your vehicles? (back to

No, we do not provide child safety seats.
However, all of our new vehicles are equipped with the proper seat
belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child
seat.
