*Airport Arrivals: Please call (773)-719-2087 or (866)-719-2087 for pick up after retrieving luggage! NO waiting charge for airport pick up.
*Baggage-Meets at the airports by company rep. $30.00 extra. Passengers are met in their assigned baggage claim. Passengers arriving on International Flights are met outside of CUSTOMS (near by Information Desk).
 
*Cancellation Policy:We have a 6 hours cancellation policy. You can cancel a reservation 6 hours before the reservation takes place with NO penalty.
A cancellation Fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick up.
 
*Early-Late Hours/Waiting Time/Extra Stop Policy: If pick up time is before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm an extra $15 will apply.
If the driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time - or scheduled stops - you will be charged $15 per 15-minute interval up to one hour. For each extra stop enroute or extra drop-off along way a fee of $15 will apply.
 
*No Show Policy: The full fare plus gratuity will also be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location.
