Terms & Conditions: *6 Hours Cancellation Policy: We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Embassy Limousine has a very simple cancellation policy: You can cancel reservation 6 hours prior to your pick up time. You must contact us by phone! (773) 719-2087 or toll free (866) 719-2087 Unfortunately, Embassy Limousine cannot refund payment if canceled with less than 6 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.

*Waiting Time/Extra Stop/Early-Late Hours Policy: NO WAITING CHARGE FOR AIRPORT PICK UP!

For other pick up locations if the driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time - or scheduled stops - you will be charged $15 per 15-minute interval up to one hour. For each extra stop enroute or extra drop-off along way a fee of $15 will apply. If pick up time is before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm an extra $15 will apply.

*Premium rates and fees will apply on Weekends and Holidays. *An extra $15 will apply on Saturday or Sunday.

*No Show Policy: The full fare plus gratuity will also be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location! We do not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for any reservation changes. *Rates do not include a mandatory 20% gratuity, $2.00 Airport Tax and $4.00 Gas Surcharge.
